INSTALLATION PROCESS
Tank Draining Required for Installation:
This allows for a clean, inspected interior prior to installing any mixer. The point of the mixer is to increase water quality and a clean interior will only support that initiative. Other mixers on the market recommend draining the tank as well for the sole purpose of getting the inside up to par.
Built To Specs:
Blue Fusion will be installed, and built, based on your tank size and mixing needs. We’ll never sell our customers on a “one size fits all” because that can’t be true with the variety of different tanks
Aeration:
The benefits of aeration include but are not limited to: stripping the water DBPs, assisting In reducing the temperature of water in upper 1/3 of tank, assists in the continuous movement of the mixing action, and may help in reducing in the overall temp inside the tank. In the event that area above the water line develops corrosion, this aeration process helps to slow that corrosion above the water line in the tank.
Low Cost:
Allows the customer to get the most effective mixer on the market (built to specs) with the inclusion of aeration. The best of both worlds.
Warranty:
1 yr. warranty on parts / pump/ Motor. If pump fails during or after warranty, BF will provide a “loaner” pump until customer’s pump is repaired or replaced. 3 and 5 yr. extended warranties available.
Maintenance:
The Blue Fusion will offer a 1 yr warranty on the pump. If for some reason the pump needs to be replaced, Blue Fusion will provide a “loaner” pump until the customer’s pump is repaired.
