Mixing System
IMPROVE WATER QUALITY
Blue Fusion pumps are accessible 24/7 at the exterior base of the tank. The system can be repaired while the tank remains in service. This setup also eliminates moving parts, electrical wires, and pumps being installed inside your water tank. This patented design does not put pressure on your wells and pumps since it operates independently.
Blue Fusion can be used as a chemical feed point using a jet pump. Smaller installations can be solar powered.
Advantages
The Blue Fusion Advantage
The patented design continuously blends the cooler water from the bottom of the tank through the thermocline and into the warmer water above. Therefore, this process decreases water age and DBP formation. With blended water from the Blue Fusion mixing system, the thermocline is eliminated, most importantly improving overall water quality.
Tank Connections
Blue Fusion is a permanent solution and therefore requires permanent installation. Certified welders will connect the intake and discharge fittings of the Blue Fusion system to your tank.
Mixing System
The Blue Fusion mixing system is a plug and play modular design located at the exterior base of the tank. It consists of a high volume pump for reliability. The pump operates lead/lag all the time to constantly mix your tank and improve water quality.
Diffuser
The Blue Fusion advantage comes into play here. Our diffusor system attaches inside the tank with magnetic clips. This allows for ease of installation and removal for servicing and maintenance. No moving parts are located in the tank.
SCADA
Blue Fusion can connect with your existing SCADA system, or even provide SCADA for an existing unmonitored tank. We also add temperature and residual monitors to track the health of the tank.
